Come celebrate our finishing the yearly cycle of the Torah reading and
starting it anew! Everyone is invited to see the Torah up close and
dance with the Torah around the synagogue. Children are especially
invited to participate in the Torah parade. Bring rattles, bells,
cymbals, and other percussion instruments for a rollicking good
time. We will also invite up our Hattan Torah Brahm Shiller
and our Kallat Bereishit Yolande Martel for special aliyot of the very
last and very first verses of the Torah.

Our
Little Free Library has outgrown the shelf at the shul entrance, so
we've moved it to the lounge. We appreciate all of the donations

JOY OF ISRAEL LITERATURE
Wednesdays

This
class will explore the eclectic landscape of Israeli literature. The
series opens with a general overview of the historical and biographical
background of the four authors and their short stories that will be
examined in subsequent classes.
The
course will be lead by eminent Montreal educator, Dr. Rotstein, who has
taught Hebrew literature at the Boston Hebrew College and at Concordia
for four decades.
Registration

the Curacao Dolphin Therapy Center this coming

MORNING MINYAN

Minyan
takes place every Monday and Wednesday morning at 7:30 am, followed by
breakfast. Monday is a traditional davening and Torah reading.
Wednesday is a Mindfulness Meditation minyan.
