We are looking for
young soccer players 16 to 22 years old to participate in a friendly
soccer match against the best young Sikh players of Montreal!

kids, their friends or their friends' friends!

match will be played on Sunday, September 29th, starting 3:30pm at
Mackenzie King Park in Cote des Neiges (Westbury between Cote St
Catherine and St Kevin).

MORNING MINYAN

 Minyan takes place every Monday and
Wednesday morning at 7:30 am, followed by breakfast. Monday is a
traditional davening and Torah reading. Wednesday is a Mindfulness
Meditation minyan.
